How the figure is supported
The valuer considers the inspection, tenure, accommodation, condition, location and relevant comparable transactions before reaching a reasoned conclusion.
Valuation is not a condition survey
A valuation and a survey can inform the same decision but they are not substitutes. Buyers who need detailed advice about defects should choose an appropriate Level 2 or Level 3 survey.
