These terms govern use of the South Surveyors website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access restricted systems.
Website information
The website provides general information about surveying services and property matters. It is not a survey, valuation, legal opinion or advice about a particular property. Property decisions should not be based solely on general website content.
Enquiries, quotations and bookings
The general contact form is for questions and support. Quotations and survey selection are handled through SurveyBooker. Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quotation does not by itself create a professional appointment.
Professional services
The scope, inspection limitations, report format, fee, payment arrangements, access requirements and other terms for a survey or valuation will be confirmed separately before an instruction is accepted. Those agreed engagement terms take priority over these website terms for the professional service.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Any cancellation, refund or rescheduling rights depend on the booking and engagement terms presented for the particular instruction and applicable consumer law. This page does not set a cancellation period, refund amount or fee.
Survey reports
A report is prepared for the client, property, purpose and scope identified in the engagement terms. Its permitted use, reliance, limitations and any third-party reliance will be governed by those terms. Website examples do not expand the scope of an agreed inspection or report.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s text, branding, design and original materials belong to South Surveyors or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal use, but must not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.

Links to SurveyBooker, Google, Instagram, Facebook and other websites are provided for convenience. South Surveyors does not control their availability, content or privacy practices and is not responsible for transactions entered into directly with third parties.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, South Surveyors is not responsible for loss caused by relying on general website information instead of obtaining advice for the specific property or instruction.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
